Stressed Out?
Stressed out? We all know the high demands, fast pace, & unknowns of teaching can lead to stress, especially right now. The problem is, we often don’t realize what that stress does to our bodies overtime. Educators, have hope! There are many things you can do to limit and reduce the side effects of stress on your body.
PRAYER
We all face battles - in the classroom, at home, in our own heads. None of us is immune to attack, and we all grow weary of the fight at times. If you are in need of prayer, for anything at all, please let us know. It would be our honor to pray with you and for you.
